Some things are too funny not to share...

Yesterday my sweet husband took me to dinner at a yummy sushi restaurant (I had steamed veggies with chicken, not sushi).

After a long day of hard work, I was ready for something fun and relaxing! I had gotten up before the sun, worked out, caught up on a bit of ironing, cleaned out my sweet baby girls room, cleaned the office and taken my puppy to the vet.

So, I got all cute...well, as cute as you can be in stretchy jeans and tops...and was ready to go. As we were walking out the door, my bra snapped in half!

It was too funny not to take a picture of!

I knew by bubbies (for you RHONJ/Teresa fans) were growing but OH. MY. WOW!!! I didn't realize they could break a bra!!!

So...to make me feel better, B took me out for birthday cake ice cream after dinner...Probably not the way to go but oh well...It was YUMMY!!!

This was definitely where I was finding happiness at that moment!

Monday I'll post an update on Baby girl and let you all know the name we've chosen!

XOXO Friends! Have a great Memorial Day weekend!!

Family Reunion

Last Saturday we had our family reunion. It was the first one for this side of the family and while it was fun, it was a long, hot day! I'm hoping this doesn't become a yearly event.

However, it did give me a great opportunity to hang out with some family I rarely see and to test out my new camera. Here are a few pics I got.

We had a great time!

Gender Reveal!!

B and I have been so crazy busy over the last week and half. A lot of fun things have happened but the best thing ever is that we finally got to see our baby again and found out that we are having a healthy baby girl!

We are so very excited to be on Team Pink! So, as you can imagine, I have been spending every second that I am on the internet searching for things that my little princess needs and that is why I've been slacking in the blogosphere.

Here are a few things we have already purchased:

The Catalina Furniture set from Pottery Barn Baby.

Crib
Dresser and hutch
and this dresser (however, we ordered the extra wide) that will also serve as a changing table.

The first nursery photo will also be our inspiration for her nursery. I am really not into themes and have no desire to have a room in my house covered with lady bugs or bumble bees so we are just going with a color scheme instead. And I adore the colors in this room!

Have a great Wednesday, friends. I'm off to clean the house and avoid every urge I have to go to Baby Gap...
