I bet YOU never had this much fun moving!

The last few days have been so hectic! I've been sitting at the house in Shreveport with no cable packing and taking care of all the last minute details that go into moving. Yesterday I had a house full of packers packing up our Shreveport life and helping us prepare for Mississippi. I had things that I wanted in my car and things that I wanted them to pack for me. I separated the stuff I would pack and take into a pile and pointed it out. After they left, I decided to something I had never done before: Go to dinner alone! Can you believe I did that? Cause I can't. So, back to the beginning...I, obviously, needed to take a shower so I head to the master restroom where all of my stuff was laid out. As I shuffle through the mess, I realize they definitely took all of my shower stuff. My body wash, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream and razor. Yep. Well, I still needed to shower so I washed my body and hair with...wait for it....wait for it....face wash!

After my "shower" I went to the Olive Garden. I worked hard and wanted something good for dinner.  I ate at the bar and it really wasn't a big deal. I thought I would feel stupid but I so didn't. Oh, and I have to mention, I most definitely got hit on by a 5-year-old!

Then, today the movers come. Since we had so much stuff and are moving several hours away, they loaded today and will come to MS with all of our stuff tomorrow. I have to say, this was quite interesting. There were four guys, two hard workers, a lazy kid and an old man who thought that since he was old, he was the boss. Two of the guys literally got into a fight. Hilarious! They were yelling at each other on my front lawn! What did I do, you ask? I stood at the window (that didn't have curtains) to watch while simultaneously cracking up. It was awesome

So, I know I've been a bad blogger lately, but I'll be without internet for a few days starting tomorrow. But, when I come back, I promise you all some long-awaited pictures of the new house.

XOXO,
